Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of the MAA-Tech website and set out the basis on which we take on client work. MAA-Tech is a trading name of Mohammed Abubakr Alaidarous Est., Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

1. About us

This website is operated by Mohammed Abubakr Alaidarous Est., Commercial Registration 7053968496, VAT 314710600900003, at 26-4060 Tafir Street, Badahdoh Building, Jeddah 22234, Saudi Arabia.

2. Using this website

You may browse and use this site for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or use it to send unsolicited messages.

3. Our content

The text, design, code, logos and images on this site belong to MAA-Tech or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without our written permission.

4. Accuracy

We keep this site accurate and current, but we do not guarantee it is free of error. Descriptions of services are indicative; the scope of any engagement is set by a written proposal.

5. Quotes and engagement

A quotation is valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Work begins once you accept a written proposal. Anything not listed in that proposal is out of scope and quoted separately.

6. Payment

Unless the proposal says otherwise, we invoice an advance before work starts and the balance on delivery. Invoices are payable within 30 days. Saudi VAT is added at the prevailing rate.

7. Client responsibilities

We depend on you for content, approvals, access and a named decision maker. Delays in these move the delivery date and may change the price.

8. Warranty and support

We correct defects in our own work free of charge for 90 days after delivery. This does not cover changes in scope, third-party failures, or issues caused by changes we did not make.

9. Liability

Our total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees you have paid us for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit or lost data, where that loss was not reasonably foreseeable.

10. Confidentiality and data

We treat your business information as confidential and handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, in line with Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law.

11. Termination

Either party may end an engagement in writing. You pay for work completed and committed to that date; we hand over the deliverables that work has produced.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes fall to the competent courts of Jeddah.
