2. What we collect
We collect only what you send us. Through the contact form: your name, email address, phone number, subject and message. Through the careers form: your name, email address, phone number, the role you are applying for, your covering note and your CV. Our server also records your IP address and the language you browsed in.
3. Why we collect it
We use contact details to answer your enquiry and, where you have asked for it, to follow up about our services. We use application data solely to assess your suitability for a role. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
4. Legal basis
We process your data on the basis of your consent, given when you submit a form, and on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our business. You may withdraw consent at any time.
5. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for 24 months from your last contact with us. We keep unsuccessful job applications for 12 months, in case a suitable role opens. You can ask us to delete your data sooner.
6. Who we share it with
We share your data with our hosting and email providers, who process it only to deliver those services on our behalf. We do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.
7. Where your data is stored
Your data is stored on servers we control. Where a provider processes data outside Saudi Arabia, we require contractual safeguards consistent with the Personal Data Protection Law.
8. How we protect it
We use encrypted connections, restrict access to staff who need it, store uploaded files outside the public web root, and log administrative access. No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell you promptly if a breach affects you.
9. Your rights
Under Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law you may ask us to confirm what data we hold about you, give you a copy, correct it, or delete it. You may also withdraw consent or complain to the Saudi Data and AI Authority. Write to us and we will respond within 30 days.
10. Cookies
This site uses only the cookies needed to remember your language choice and to protect forms against cross-site request forgery. We do not set advertising or tracking cookies without asking you first.
11. Children
This website is intended for business use. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us data, contact us and we will delete it.
